When waterproof mascara or long-wear lip colour needs to come off, Topface’s dual-phase makeup cleanser helps lift makeup from the face, eyes, and lips. The formula combines two liquid phases and is made for makeup removal whenever needed.

• For waterproof makeup: Helps dissolve waterproof makeup, including eye and lip looks that can be more difficult to remove.
• Face, eye, and lip use: Cleans makeup across the areas you usually reach for a separate remover.
• Comfortable after-feel: Leaves a non-greasy feel while helping maintain hydration and softness after cleansing.

How to use: Shake well to combine both phases. Saturate a cotton pad, hold it briefly over closed eyes or lips, then wipe gently. Repeat as needed to remove makeup.
